Working with me starts with getting to know you and your day-to-day routine and a breath assessment that gives me the information needed to personalise the program to you and your specific circumstances. I teach you simple and easy breathing techniques and practices that you can easily implement daily. Educating you on the why and how it impacts your body, mind and emotions in the most positive way.
In today's fast-paced society, we are bombarded with so much information and under pressure to perform and keep up. Consistently caught up in a heightened state that becomes normal until it takes a serious toll on our health in some way. Our breath impacts many systems in the body and is the primary driver of the nervous system, so taking the wheel and learning to breathe optimally can be a real gear change in empowering you to take control of your health as only you can.
In our sessions together I will also guide you through some movements to benefit your breathwork practice so you can experience and feel the impact different breathing techniques have on you. You will have the time and space to integrate and to ask any questions about your experience which helps you to gain confidence in your personal practice and motivates you to commit to your newly found tools.
